“The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). We did have an issue with wet towels upon arrival and the property management remedied it within the first 24 hours of our stay. The outdoor space was very useful and……

“The property was amazing. Would have stayed longer but alas the real world called us back. The view was amazing. The room was very comfortable and super clean and had all the amenities and made for a wonderful place to relax and recharge.”

“This home is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Views are amazing from the home and the walk to the cliff is perhaps 2 minutes and the beach just a few minutes more. The area is serene and at most you see a few joggers or a couple other people hiking. The office was a perfect place to take a few morning calls before a lovely breakfast on the beach. We didn’t cook a full meal (we picked up chowder and crab sandwiches in Bodega Bay to bring up with us), but the kitchen was well appointed……

“The house and location are excellent, quite comfortable and well equipped with easy acces to wonderful beaches. The house host is EXTREMELY considerate and polite. My ONLY negative, which is no hindrance to a return visit, and accounts for the 4 star rating on "accuracy of online listing" is that the accompanying photograph suggests an on-the-bluff location and view for this "ocean view home". Such a view does not exist from this home. A more accurate photograph is recommended. G.S.”

“We have loved coming to Stoney House the last several years. We have always been comfortable in the house and happy with its amenities. This year there were a few issues on arrival. All of the Adirondack chairs were either broken or off the cliff. Bottlecaps and tin foil all over the yard. The master bath door has fallen off the hinge. There was dog urine on the master bedroom curtain (We washed the curtain and rehung it) It was windy and stormy and water leaked through the upstairs slider doors……

“Really enjoyed our time in Sea Ranch. It was a chilly, rainy weekend and we spent lots of time reading by the wood fireplace, reading on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen would benefit from a few more supplies - but ended up having everything we needed for the weekend.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home - it was cozy, easy to find, and comfy for us and the dog. There were two small enclosed spots outside which was helpful for the dog, and the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kids and adults alike LOVED the retro Nintendo game console and we had a blast playing Technobowl, Kirby, Bubble Bobble together.
