"The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and is located in a safe gated neighborhood! The owner is very responsive and we had no trouble with check in. It’s a 10 min walk to the private access beach and if we wanted to meet friends at the public beach access by Blue Mountain Creamery, we had to drive (finding parking was difficult). It would be nice if bikes were included with this rental, as the larger homes nearby all included bikes and a golf cart. Overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"Great location, but directly behind the Red Bar which is a popular night spot and the center of activity in this small town.. so there can be a bit of noise late at night.Tia with LIV vacations (property manager) was awesome! There were a couple of lightbulbs out and the TV did not work in one of the bedrooms… otherwise everything worked great and we even got a six person golf cart along with the rental, which was great for transportation around Grayton Beach. We were there for three nights."
