  • Spacious and comfortable duplex on the 1st floor of a secure, upscale residence. Located by the sea. Level 1: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/WC, living room, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace, WC, laundry room. Level 2: Large room that can be divided (by curtain), with a double bed (140cm) on one side and a sofa bed (140cm) on the other, plus a desk area - bathroom/WC - 3 small terraces. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room + fans. Beautiful sea view.

L’hebergement et la situation sont parfaits.Mais vu les problèmes d’eau en guadeloupe ,lors des coupures il a fallu utiliser des bouteilles bidons et seaux d’eau et les remplir quand l’eau revenait.Le propriétaire envisage d’installer une citerne tampon.A voir...!
