“Service was great, they knew we would check in late at night and they had complimentary sandwiches awaiting us. Room was nice not really waterfront but nice view nevertheless. Breakfast served over the sea.”

“The location is very convenient. There are stores, restaurants and bus stops nearby. The environment of the hotel is good and the facilities are new. Everything is clean. The services of the staff are excellent. They are so helpful! The only thing to improve is wifi. The signal is very weak.”

“Hotel maravilhoso, o quarto é impecavel com decoracao de muito bom gosto. A praia do hotel nao é tao bonita, mas as instalações do hotel compensam. Unico ponto de melhoria foi o secador de cabelo que desligava sozinho a cada 5 segundos de uso, avisei na recepcao mas nao ajustaram. O chao de madeira do quarto tambem estala ao andar entao se voce tiver sono leve, pode acordar devido a isso ( mas nada disso prejudicou a experiencia como um todo). Voltaria com certeza. ”

“服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”

I also went diving with Pro Dive (5stars) Destination Au Soleil Ltd taxi drove me to Hotel and to Airport; South tour excursion. Local food with Stephanie: lobster and curry fish in banana leaf. Fruit Stand right next to Hotel -also sell fantastic shrimp fried rice. I also joined Dolswim and dived with Dolphins and Whales ”
