I spent two nights last month from June 12th to 15th at ibis Poitiers Sud and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. What made the experience even better was the staff, they were incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendliness really made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Stay here and take the bus to the city center!

Friendly staff, easy parking, good location, comfy room, and clean. Ample shopping nearby, bus to city center just across the street, and quiet evenings. Very nice boulangerie right next door. (Didn't eat at the hotel.) Comfy beds, though the top mattress pad slips a bit for those who toss and turn. Pet-friendly hotel, plenty of room in the bathroom for a litter box. Tons of counter space and shelves. I'd stay here again on my next trip through town.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel is situated someway from the city centre. The hotel has fairly slow EV chargers for an overnight charge.

The hotel is right beside the A20 motorway so is great for an overnighter, but is in the middle of a retail/industrial area with very few facilities and a slightly edgy feel. The staff were great and the food in the restaurant was fine but the choice was basic and limited.

Poor experience

Broken hair dryer fell in middle of night and we couldn’t stop it so poor nights sleep. No air con despite advertised and generally the room was looking tired . We have booke elsewhere for next year for out two visits

Worst night of our lives

Worst night in our lives. Air con stopped working in the middle of the night so rang reception who couldn’t help and asked us to wake up our children to move room. As we had all our luggages out, we asked if we could just take the children to the other room and leave our belongings in the room and we’re told no and to open the window. Problem the window is right above the children’s bed and was easily climbable. When I said this to reception I was told there had never been any accident… shocking.

L'accueil et la prise en charge au check in et au check out a été excellent, le personnel du service restauration excellent également D'autre part je trouve les chambres vieillotte notamment le mobilier et surtout la salle de bain Par rapport au prix marché je trouve un peu excessif. Pour la partie restauration je trouve les plats excessifs en tarif par rapport à l'offre et la quantité.

Bonjour, Je me permet de vous écrire bien que cela ne soit pas dans mes habitudes. J’ai réservé une chambre 2 lits doubles à l’hôtel Ibis 3 étoiles de Poitiers sud pour la nuit du 4 au 5 juillet 2025., au nom de Manchet Karelle. Nous sommes arrivés au environ de 22h30. Nous avons reçu la chambre 352 Plusieurs choses ont retenu mon attention. 1° Le bruit de la climatisation, insupportable, nous avons essayé de l’éteindre sans succès 2° La vétusté de la chambre, quelle honte pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ( bac à douche gris, joint du carrelage noir de moisissure, un dégât des eaux au plafond non rénové et j’en passe ... 3° literie limite, un surmatelas était là pour compenser le creux des matelas, réveil avec un mal de dos ... Comment pouvez vous louer une chambre dans un tel état ? Je suis extrêmement déçue et choquée, car il y avait au petit déjeuner beaucoup de touristes étrangers, quelles exemples de la France et de votre groupe leur présentez vous, j’espère seulement que toutes les chambres ne soient pas dans le même état... Pour nous, Ibis était un gage de confiance, aujourd'hui je ne sais plus ... Que représente pour vous ces 3 étoiles ? Dans l’attente de vous lire Cordialement
