27 Rows on Hermitage offers 4 Boutique Self-contained one and two bedroomed Vineyard cottages (Pet Friendly) on 25 acres of quiet bushland including a hobby vineyard where we grow and harvest our Shiraz and Rose wines - a bottle is complimentary for guests. Breakfast provisions of bacon, eggs, sourdough, cereals, OJ, fresh milk, teas, ground coffee and condiments are provided.

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Walking distance to boutique wineries, Tintilla, Piggs Peake, Peter Drayton's Ironbark Hill. Enzos weddings and Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Kitchen are a short 700 metre walk.

No sealed bathroom doors - not suitable for sharing

I recently stayed ain the bedroom cottage, and while the location was great, I found a significant issue: there were no sealed bathroom doors (the doors have gaps in them). This made it quite uncomfortable for sharing the space, as privacy is essential when staying with others. The accommodations were otherwise ok, but this aspect really detracted from the experience. I would recommend this place for solo travellers, but if you’re planning to share with friends or family, be prepared for a lack of privacy. Hopefully, this can be addressed in the future!

A Quaint cabin in a vineyard. Wisteria cottage is a very tidy & comfortable 2 bedroom cabin with 2 outside covered decks to relax on even when it rained you could still enjoy outside if needed with a BBQ & outdoor gas heating on one deck area. Breakfast provisions were supplied along with a lovely bottle of 27 rows Rose' also & we thoroughly enjoyed a walk through the vines on our 2 night stay in this peaceful setting.

A great little cabin!

A lovely little stay. The cabin was in a great location overlooking a vineyard. It was clean and warm, the bed super comfy and the breakfast provisions most appreciated!! The dogs were welcomed too which was great. I would absolutely recommend.

Lovely dog friendly cabin

27 Vines was a great dog friendly spot that had all the essential amenities. Each cabin had a well-equipped outdoor patio that had a bbq, heater and outdoor dinning set overlooking the vineyards. Highly recommended and would stay here again with my pooch.

My partner and I spent a shorts two nights in this delightful cottage which was pet friendly. The interior was cozy but comfortable and more than adequate, and the outdoor spaces were excellently equipped for R&R at the end of the day. We look forward to coming again for longer!
