“機場有巴士直達 只步行兩分鐘 非常方便 位於市中心 樓下有超過，房間也有齊廚具。 房間設備算比較新 整體是整潔的 但牆身和梳化遺留下有污漬未發現。 不會有房間打掃服務 。”

“Très bon séjour, personnel très aimable, hôtel en très bon état à tous points de vue, petit déjeuner varié de très bonne qualité. Seules les chambres sont un peu petites avec les bagages, mais très confortable et avec une vue magnifique par ailleurs. Enfin, un rooftop très bien aménagé pour profiter de la vue somptueuse”

“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……

“房內燈掣鬆動，主燈無法開啟。反映後，職員表示因客滿無法更換房間，最終僅補償兩支瓶裝水，處理方式未能解決實際住宿問題。 廁所設施陳舊，洗手盤水龍頭開關異常困難，使用極為不便。 房門鎖合感應不良，需反覆用力關閉多次才能成功上鎖，對住宿安全構成疑慮。”

“The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. ”

“The buffer breakfast is good. The reception is helpful. The location is quit convenient. ”

“Wij verbleven in juni 2026 twee nachten in dit hotel. De locatie van het hotel is prima; je loopt zo het centrum van Tromsø in. Daarmee is het positieve ook wel gezegd. Wij kozen dit hotel omdat aangegeven stond dat er een parkeergelegenheid was bij het hotel. Om niets aan het toeval over te laten, namen wij vooraf contact op met het hotel. Het hotel bevestigde ons per e-mail de aanwezigheid van een parkeergelegenheid en bevestigde ons dat zij een parkeerplaats voor ons hadden gereserveerd. Bij……

“WiFi is very weak, no one to clean up the apartment and change towels during the 4 days stay. Breakfast is good.”

“We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs……

“酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。 酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。”

“Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place”
