"Loved our stay at the Betmanowska and will be back. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem to them. The location is fantastic in the main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the shower is excellent. Also a good choice of food for breakfast."

"The room itself is very clean and enough space for 2 persons. The hotel area also quiet and safe, plus you have 24/7 staff at the front desk so you have nothing to worry. Just one improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning is not really strong and you will feel very hot a lot of time (even in February). Not sure if this is under review and already been addressed. But the rest are fairly meet to the value for money. "

Children age below 12 years old were allowed in the Jacuzzi. No email address to communicate with the property directly. No one has responded to the messages sent to the property via Hotels.com chat "
