Cumbersome and bureaucratic check-in process. Unclear terms to request cleaning. Otherwise confortable and large house with a pleasant garden and pool. Not much to do in this small town, but useful as a base to explore the entire island with a car.

Villa with lovely garden walking distance to the town of Pollenca

We absolutely loved the location of this home - it's an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Pollenca. It was great to not have to take the car everywhere but to still have the space of a home with a large garden with grass, a pool, bbq and a lovely terrace. I would easily rent this home again in the summer season. We traveled in May and it was unseasonally cold - we felt the house would be absolutely perfect for hot summer days but found it a bit cold inside on chilly nights. The beds were hard but not a deal-breaker. You can hear the car noise from the street pretty clearly when in the garden (we had them put on the pool fountain) which helped to drown out the noise.

We were very pleased to stay at Can Colom

We were very pleased to stay at Can Colom. The villa, garden and pool were perfect and even better than the photos. We were pleased to receive some handy essentials (soap, loo roll, dishwasher tabs etc.) on arrival too. The surrounding area was very quiet and it felt safe too. Its a short walk into pretty Pollensa old town and not far from beaches by car. The main issue for us were the mosquitoes so other guests should remember to bring mosquito repellant. Nets over the bed would be helpful too.

Location, space and pool. 15min walk to the centre of Pollenca. Plenty of parking. In the villa grounds. Poor attention to detail eg no working kettle, broken shower, insufficient coffee mugs, no cleaning products, no tea towels

Tolles Haus nearby

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Alles im Ort ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse bietet den ganzen Tag über Schatten. AC war gut und sehr nötig. Man hört den Straßenverkehr von der Umgehungsstraße, aber das ist wirklich nicht belastend, weil alles gut bewachsen ist, was stark dämpft Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Geschirr und Gläser reichen aus, Schneidebrett für Gemüse fehlt und schärfere Messer wären toll.

Spacious villa with a great swimming pool close to Pollensa

The swimming pool is wonderful. Walking distance from Pollensa. And the villa is very spacious I was not able to sleep in the bed of the masterbedroom the mattress was too hard. The garden of the villa lacks of flowers, it is very simple.
