This measures 10 x 5 meters, has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters and has an outdoor shower. The front terrace is perfect for relaxing in the armchairs. The porch has a barbecue and outside dining area. The property is fenced and is located within a residential area with neighbours around.
The interior is characterised by spacious and well-equipped spaces. The split-level living-dining room offers comfortable sofas, where you can watch satellite TV, and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is independent, is equipped with a ceramic hob, and also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Still on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have AC. On this floor there is a second bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby.
Puerto de Pollença area is one of the best destinations on the island of Mallorca. It is a perfect residential area for family vacations with all the essential services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc. The sandy beach is only 270 meters from the property. The boardwalk emanates charm and beauty. A must see are the Formentor beach and the town of Pollença. If you like to play golf, the course is only 9.2 km away.
