Wir haben das Haus zu viert gemietet und haben dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht

Wir haben das Haus zu viert gemietet und haben dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr schmalen Straße. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, aber in den umliegenden Straßen kann man fündig werden. Mit den vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern ist das Haus sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und hätte auch für sieben Personen genug Platz geboten, auch wenn drei der vier Zimmer recht klein waren. Die Küche war sehr gut mit allem eingerichtet (Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach). Sehr schön war auch der Innenhof, wo es einen kleinen Pool gab, der nachts wunderschön beleuchtet war. Dort stand auch ein Grill und im Abstellraum befand sich die Waschmaschine. Die ganze Anlage war gut gepflegt und der Gastgeber hat sich sehr gut um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Check-in und -out haben perfekt funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Der Pool war nicht sehr sauber. Alles, was man dafür brauchte, war aber vorhanden.

Sehr komfortable und schöne Lage der Stadtvilla in der schönen historischen Altstadt von Pollenca. Die Umgebung ist äußerst ruhig. Wir konnten hervorragend entspannen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, selbst im Hochsommer ist das Wasser sehr angenehm kühl. Auf den sonnigen und schattigen Außenterrassen hatten wir alle viel Platz zum Entspannen und das Abendessen haben wir immer direkt am Pool eingenommen. Das Zentrum ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Lg Martin und die Familie

Lovely townhouse

Lovely townhouse in the center of Pollença. Lots of good food close by and Pep was a fantastic host - great communication and friendly. We had a big car which made driving into Pollença a little tricky as the streets are tight. But it is worth it for the beautiful streets, also very quiet and with views of the mountains. the pool and the patio are also super great, our kids enjoyed a lot!

Gran experiencia para hospedarse en una verdadera casa mallorquina en Pollenca. Nos encantó el entorno del casco antiguo, donde podíamos ir caminando a todo, especialmente a las plazas, tiendas, restaurantes, a la iglesia, 365 escalones de Calvari, e incluso al Puig de Maria. Muy buena ubicación. La casa muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Gran patio trasero con hermosas piscinas limpias y mesas y sillas al aire libre. Muy privado y agradable. Volveremos el año que viene. Aparcar el coche fue un poco difícil, pero siempre encontré lugar.

Hemos quedado súper satisfechos con este apartamento. Los anfitrioines nos dieron un pack de bienvenida y la casa está equipada con todo lo que necesitas. La casa es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. La piscina y el patio son un puntazo, todo un lujo. Sin duda alguna, si volvería a Mallorca repetiría en la misma estancia.

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). The house was very tidy and clean and all the appliances were of a high standard. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch :) Would highly recommend. -

A wonderful townhouse in a perfect location , in such a beautiful old town . The decoration and design is super special , traditional and cozy. Super friendly and helpful hosts, we had a great time and we didn't have to worry aboout anything. The location couldn't be better. The center of town has a lot of atmosphere but the street where the house is located is quiet, you don't have to worry about noise at night. Thanks for everything!
