Von der Buchung der Villa bis zum Auszug lief alles super einfach und Reibungslos. Owl Booking war jederzeit über WhatsApp auch auf deutsch erreichbar. Wir wurden mit sehr vielem Informationen über die Villa, Check-Inn und über anstehende Veranstaltungen in Pollença versorgt. Wir werden definitiv wieder bei dem Anbieter buchen und können das Team nur wärmstens empfehlen

We had a very happy week in this quiet little oasis. The views were amazing. The power keeps tripping when you have more than one appliance one. They need to increase the power limit to stop this happening.

Superb villa in a great location

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful 10 day holiday at villa Madrave in September. We visited Palma, Soller and some of the beaches on the south coast but in fairness it is not necessary to travel too far from the villa. The old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are reachable in around 10-15 minutes drive and are both packed with lovely shops, restaurants and beautiful historic buildings. The beach at port de Pollensa, a 10 minute drive, was our favourite beach. Clean soft white sand, crystal clear water, a spotless promenade with cafes, restaurants and shops leading up to and beyond its marina. The villa itself had everything that we needed and the Owl Booking Team were quick to respond and action our questions and requests. Daily trips to Eroski supermarket in port de Pollensa kept our fridge stocked with breakfast and lunch provisions, fresh fish, and great value wine. Excellent all round. Nothing worth mentioning.

Excellent Family Holiday Villa

The villa is like new. It's very modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Lovely large garden which is safe and secure if you have kids and the pool is easy access for all ages. The agents are very helpful and informative. An ideal peaceful location for Pollensa and the beautiful bay of Port de Pollensa. Highly recommend.

Perfect Villa in Northern Mallorca

We are a family of 6, who stayed here for 6 nights. The villa was perfect for our stay, close (short drive) into beautiful Pollença old town, Port de Pollença and a slightly longer drive (15 mins) to Alcudia. We also visited Deia and Cala D’Oro so whilst they aren’t close, it’s easy to get anywhere from the villa. Air conditioning worked perfectly, pool was wonderfully clean and it had everything we needed. The team at OWL bookings were very helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Perfekte Finca für Familienferien

Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Aussenbereich mit dem grossen Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Liegestühle sind sehr bequem. Dank der überdachten Veranda kann auch bei Regen draussen gegessen werden. Die Lage der Finca ist ideal, um mit dem Mietauto die Insel zu erkundschaften. Keine Verbesserung, aber unbedingt beibehalten: - gute Informationen zur Finca bereits im Voraus - Tipp für die Mietauto-Vermietung (wir hatten ein tolles Auto zu einem guten Preis) - schnelle Reaktion bei Fragen Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Service

Ruhig gelegene Finca mit einzelnen Mängeln

Finca entspricht weitestgehend den Bildern im Internet. Die Lage, der Grillplatz und der Pool sind überzeugend. OWL Booking hat einen tollen Service vor Ort geboten. Leider gab es einzelne Defizite: stinkenden Geruch im Bad OG (konnte durch Techniker nicht beseitigt werden), Rasen- und Poolpflege erst auf Nachfrage und zu selten, Spülmaschine defekt und starke Kalkschicht auf gesamten Geschirr (Techniker hat das Problem nach 2 Anläufen weitestgehend behoben).

A great stay in a great location!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Madrave as a family of 6 adults. The villa is perfectly located, just 10-15 minutes' drive from Pollensa, Port De Pollensa and Alcudia. Yet the villa felt nice and secluded and private. The pool was gorgeous and it was great to have the addition of a barbecue and table tennis table. The company managing the villa were very quick to respond to messages and sorted any minor issues we had within the day.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Außenbereich und Komfort

Der Außenbereich ist großzügig super gepflegt und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten für eine tolle Zeit. Vorallem der Pool überzeugt. Der Innenbereichen wird versucht modern zu gestalten und ist komfortabel. Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig. Leider müffelt die Villa im Inneren etwas und wirkt feucht

Fast nicht in Worten zu beschreiben, einfach eine tolle Finca, geplfegt mit geräumigen Zimmern. Das Team von Owl Booking freundlich und kompetent und hatte gute Empfehlungen für das " durchwachsene " Wetter. Haben für den nächsten Oktober wieder gebucht. Wetter :-)))

Amazing House with Big Pool

Lovely villa in a good location, next to Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa beach. Nice mediterranean decor and beautiful garden with huge pool for the kids and us :) Thanks for a beautiful stay.
