Fantastic villa

Very spacious and beautifully finished. Car is needed but close to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca . We loved the pool and all the facilities provided. Great communications from the rental agency too.

The villa is stunning we had a fantastic week the pool is a good size everything in the villa was well equipped and clean we enjoyed the atmosphere of the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollenca where they have really nice markets stalls on certain days.

Excellent family holiday in superb villa

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous villa with our 2 boys. Very spacious, an immaculate condition and everything we could possibly need. The garden is great for children and the pool also. Maria and the owner were excellent and very helpful. We are definitely returning next year. In order to improve our stay the WIFI speed could be quicker and also softer pillows! (feather or down please!). Many thanks.

Had an amazing holiday at the villa. It had everything we needed. The pool was huge and the views around the villa are amazing, especially in the evening. It’s in a perfect location between pollensa and puerto pollensa.

Beautiful villa

The villa was really lovely - exceeded our expectations. It is very modern and clean throughout and the pool was perfect for our children (aged 12, 10 and 8). The terrace is beautiful - we are out there in the mornings and sat in the evenings. Pollensa is a 12 minute drive and has a lovely main square with great restaurants. Alcudia old town is also great for dinner. We drove to the beaches at Formentor and Can San Vicenc but Platja el muro was most popular with the kids. We had a lovely holiday - thanks!

Die perfekte Ferienvilla

Die Ferienvilla ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet durch viele Räume und Terrassen auch die Möglichkeit sich mal zurückzuziehen. Sie liegt ein bisschen abseits, was Vor- und Nachteile hat. Vorteilhaft ist, dass es sehr ruhig ist und man selbst auch niemanden stört. Ein bisschen von Nachteil ist, dass man ganz sicher ohne Mietwagen nicht auskommt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief über Whatsapp und war sehr einfach und problemlos. Was besonders positiv war, dass wir am Anreisetag schon sehr früh in das Objekt konnten. Das lief alles sehr professionell und unproblematisch. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Sauber, großzügig, ruhig

Ein schönes Haus mit großen Räumen verteilt auf zwei Stockwerke. Gehobene Ausstattung und umfangreich eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche, die u.a. auch einen Induktionsherd hat. Schöner großer Garten mit einem Pool, in dem man auch ein paar Meter schwimmen kann. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge insgesamt gut geeignet und auch, um am Abend "mal schnell" in eine der kleinen Städte Pollenca oder Alcudia zu fahren. Ganz nette und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Maria - Danke :-), auch wenn wir kaum Bedarf hatten, da alles perfekt gepasst hat.

Diese Finca ist der absolute Traum. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und der grosse Pool lud jeden Tag zum eintauchen ein. Das ganze Ein- und Auschecken verlief dank der netten Maria unkompliziert einfach ab. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in Kürze an den beliebtesten Stränden von Mallorca. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Beautiful Rural Retreat

The property is as described (& felt bigger), and was perfectly sized for 5 of us, with the 2 younger kids sharing a twin bedroom. The property was spotlessly clean, modern and equipped with everything required for eating in. We did not use the BBQ area so cannot comment on that. The pool was ample size and the kids loved it. Plenty of area around the pool for sunbeds, & the garden area was plenty big enough for a decent kick around with a football. A car is an absolute necessity as the property is very much in a rural location. It is only 15-20 min drive to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc., but there are no facilities within walking distance. The north east corner of Mallorca is stunning. Porta Pollenca & the old town of Alcudia are excellent for eating out and for a relaxing evening drink. The only thing I would add is that it would be helpful to have more information about the local area in the villa. There is no info pack other than WiFi codes, so everything we did was self researched. Not a huge problem, but every other villa we have rented has always contained info and helpful suggestions for the surrounding locale. Here it was a reliance on phone maps, & finding the chicken roundabout in Pollensa to provide relief that we would find our way back to the villa :) A small point in an otherwise wonderful week's holiday in this beautifully appointed villa.

LOVELY!

We spent 1 week in this lovely countryhouse in Pollenca. The house was really nice, clean and even more spacious than on the pictures. The owners of the house are wonderful. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Outside there is a nice pool and sunbeds. Spacious garden where the children can play. We recommend car during the stay. It is 2,5 km from the house to the beach and supermarket. Port Pollenca is a really nice beach and boardwalk with a lots of restaurants and shops. This house exceeded our expectations and we will return! Thankyou!
