Villa Can Deyá – Charm and Serenity in the Heart of Puerto Pollensa



Located in the peaceful Siller area, on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Can Deyá is just a 15-minute walk from the picturesque Plaza Mayor, famous for its charming selection of restaurants and bars.



This cozy private villa is situated at the end of a quiet path, surrounded by orchards and farmland, ensuring privacy and tranquility. With stunning views of the rugged Formentor Peninsula, Villa Can Deyá is sheltered by a small fig tree grove, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere.



A covered terrace, adorned with lush bands of bougainvillea, welcomes guests before entering the villa. The property features a private pool ideal for relaxation, and offers 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom on the ground floor and another double bedroom upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase. A family bathroom, including a shower, and an open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and TV complete the interior.



The villa also boasts a charming terrace area, perfect for enjoying a barbecue and alfresco dining, creating the ideal setting to relax and enjoy outdoor living. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!

Disappointing - would not recommend!

Clearly this Villa is very old with little or no maintenance, very unpleasant smell -damp/musty. The spiral stairway to mezzanine bedroom has very narrow foot treads which I considered ‘an accident waiting to happen’ extreme care was needed! The bath in need of replacing as are the oven & dishwasher (did not clean dishes) The beds were not at all comfortable, however the bedding / towels were clean. Glassware in need of replacing due to being through the dishwasher many times they did not look clean. Basic items hand soap/toilet rolls not provided! While there a storm came through which resulted in us mopping up significant pools of water coming in through the ceilings! Dismayed to find no batteries in the smoke alarm! The outdoor area was very nice, the pool was lovely - very clean, although more cushions for the outdoor furniture is needed as is table cover / placemats for ease of cleaning. This was not a pleasant villa in which to spend a holiday , thankfully we had nice weather so no need to spend any time indoors. We were glad of the AC, which was very effective.

Et slidt hus.

Huset ligge godt og det er flot udvendig. Det ene værelse er meget fugtig og er ikke til at sove i. Strømmen går når flere el. Apparater bruges. Hele huset lugtede af fugt. Sengene var i meget dårlig stand. Huset ligger et meget smukt sted og det er flot med bjerget på den ene side. Opgrader huset og vi vil igen leje det.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. Good facilities, but can be very cold. Pool is unheated & V cold

A beautiful looking villa & very quiet. Nicely designed interior - but the spiral staircase can be a challenge as the bathroom is downstairs. Not really suitable for anyone with small children or elderly people with disabilities. The garden is really lovely and is surrounded by fields & paddocks. Taxis found the villa easily, so there is no need to walk or drive into town. They are also very reasonable - between €6-7 each way. The town is very nice and is a great location as a base from which to explore the island. Highly recommended.
