"Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. "My room door was open when i got to it. I called to the front desk and was told that the housekeeping staff probably left it open when they finished cleaning it. The room door did not lock properly. The volume on the tv would not turn down and the remote did not work for the tv. When I reported it to the front desk, no action or suggestion was made. I wish they would have switched me to another room. "
