「This quiet condo was perfect for our needs. It is exactly as listed, and the photos don't do it justice. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is beautiful, and the location was just right. Kevin is a very responsive host and truly thought of everything. We highly recommend this! 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the North Shore and the condo was lovely to come home to each night. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is charming and fresh, the place is spotless, and the air conditioning was refreshing. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide a portable fan as the bathroom area gets stuffy even with the air conditioner. The place is well-appointed and Kimberlee is a terrific host. The condo is in the Sand Piper community within Princeville. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment. The room was just as described. It is located on the 6th floor and there are elevators or stairs to access the room. Parking was not a problem. You are across the street from the ocean, one block away from brunch spots or food carts. The area is quite convenient. Communication was prompt and helpful. The room itself is simple but the small amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards are a nice touch. We would stay here again. 」
