「Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.」

「Advertising states aircon available in the room’. Yes it is available but not able to be used unless you pay extra. When it becomes intolerable there is no one to get the control from.
