“The first room we were given smelled like mildew. Towels were dingy and tv channels and services are outdated. We were locked out of our room on the first day because the battery died on the key lock. Spent an hour waiting for maintenance to get there after spending the day sightseeing, my kids were exhausted and this was well past midnight. The second room was cleaner but smaller. My son got stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes. We opted for parking but there was no parking. I asked for a……

“The hotel had cockroaches in the hallway and in the room-I had to spray with raid everyday . Also the coffee tasted like nothing I have ever had before. I would never recommend this place.”

“It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!”
