Un vrai hôtel 4*

Chambre très confortable, grande et lumineuse. Très propre. Nous y avons fait 2 sejours et je recommande. Piscine et salle de sport agréable. Personnel très présent. Les - : un peu excentré mais il est très facile de se rendre à white town pour un prix dérisoire. La restauration est essentiellement indienne et on aurait aimer avoir aussi le choix d"une cuisine internationale. Un rapport qualité prix réel

Excellent hotel with the perfect facilities and comfort for families. It's close to most of the places of interest in Pondicherry. Most of the places are at a driving distance of 15-20 mins. Hotel staff is brilliant and very cooperative. Nice rooms and service. A very good activity center for the kids and the families. Highly recommended.

Good hotel

Nice and helpful staff, nice pool but not so good location with all the trafic and a lot of sounds all the time. Atm close by. We stayed for two weeks and the service didn't keep up the same standard during the entire stay but was depending on who was working. We had a 1,5 year old kid with us and it's not a good hotel for that young kids since there isn't that much they can do. Housekeeping was great most of the days but was also depending on the staff.

Le luxe à prix accessible..mais un peu excentré

Le Sunway Manor peut être qualifié de palace, au vue de la taille du bâtiment et du hall, de la gigantesque piscine et du contenu des chambres. Evidemment le service reste à l'indienne mais le luxe à 3864 roupies avec deux petits déjeuners inclus, cela ne se refuse pas.

family vacation at pondicheery

This hotel is situated on 100 geet road near Rao office. This is very good hotel with spacious & clean rooms. Front desk staff & room service staff is very good in behaviour. Check in & check out was very quickly done. My kids enjoyed a lot in hotel.one thing which was not good that there was no body in business center to help. Overall a good value for money hotel.

Nice place to stay with family

We were two families staying here and spent a night here. All in all a good place to stay with family. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. They have a small play area for kids. The breakfast spread was nice. They have a spa but couldn't use it as the therapist was not available for the two days we spent. The swimming pool is good too. The location is a drawback as it is located at 100 feet road and unless you have your own vehicle you will have to depend on public transport.

Nice hotel with great ambience and good food,

It is nice and well located on 100 ft road with all amenities close by. The breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed it. The room was clean and with good confort. The only thing bad was we saw some tempting cake slices in the display and ordered a slice. When my wife put a little bit in her mouth it was very bad and awful. Think it must have been there for many days. We sent it back. Also we noticed that they removed all the pastries from the display section. When we checked out we were charged for the bad stuff, and we told them that we did not eat it because it was bad. However the hotel catering staff said that they prepare fresh all the time. But we noticed that the display cabinet was empty without any pastries. A word of advise, don't try out anything in the display.

This time i didn't have grt experience with this hotel. earlier i was offered refrigerator with liquor and nuts but this time i have not been provided. And taste of food should be improved. some times we had not got hot water
