“Extremely friendly staff and and a great colonial design”

“I stay at Shenbaga every time I visit Pondicherry. It is comfortable, safe and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent! The a/c is great especially on those hot and humid days and nights”

“Breakfast was good, typical South Indian with some variation from day to day. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic and we were able to use it as a base, returning to the room several times each day between exploring the town and the beach. Complaints would be noise and service - our room had some machinery outside the window which made a constant loud noise through the night - possibly an air con outlet. “You could do a lot worse ! This hotel was perfectly adequate for our purpose. It lies just outside White Town. Crossing the road by foot from the white town side to the hotel side of the road like any Indian city is not for the faint of heart. Breakfast was standard fare for South India. If you have a driver then you can be dropped off near the promenade which is pedestrianised and is simply marvellous for this very reason.We didn't eat in as there were a lot of eateries around.Pondy is very……

Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.”

It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 ”

“We are a family couple from chennai booked hotel at last minute. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. Why i will recomend this hotel because we faced several issue in the city hotel on parking on season times. But here there no worries they have ample parking. Away from city traffic and rooms are……
