Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das einzige Manko ist das Bad. Es ist recht klein und hat keine Festen. Daher ist das Lüften in dem Raum schwierig.

Great vacation rental

Enjoyed every aspect of this rental from the cleanliness, location, space and accessibility to area amenities. The host was very accessible and communicated very quickly. It was able to accommodate a family of five comfortably. Having the washer and full usable kitchen made it very efficient in maintaining the needs of a busy family. The only negative was the size of the bathroom and drainage issues we had with the shower. It required constant maintenance which wasn’t the biggest issue as we were able to work around it. Would rent this unit again.

L'emplacement de la propriété est TOP pour visiter l'ile! Pres de la mer avec un balcon superbe! Tout etait propre, nous avons manquer de rien a cet hébergement. L'acceuil d Elizabeth à été des plus convivial et la parking n'a jamais manqué sur toute l'ile et est tjrs gratuit partout! Merci!

Vorab ist zu sagen, das die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen jederzeit gegeben war. Auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Es wäre jedoch mal dringend erforderlich, endlich den Abfluss im Bad zu reparieren, da schon die Dusche leider schimmelt. auch gingen 70-80 % der Steckdosen im Haus nicht, bei 2 Verbrauchern fliegt immer wieder die Hauptsicherung heraus und die Wand im Eingangsbereich benötigt dringend eine Behandlung gegen Schimmel. Wenn das nicht alles wäre, wären wir gerne wieder gekommen, aber hygenisch nicht akzeptabel. Dafür tolle Aussicht auf den Strand.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Desde la terraza de arriba tienes unas magníficas vistas al la playa. Los sillones de la terraza son muy confortables. Estaba todo limpisimo. La casa está muy bien equipada, además de todo lo necesario tiene un montón de cosas extra como radiadores deshumidificador, un montón de toallas extra, incluso toallad de playa. La cama muy confortable. Está a 5 minutos en coche de punta Delgada pero en una zona tranquila. Repetiría sin duda. Muchas gracias a la dueña por los detalles de bienvenida, y gracias a Elisabete por su amabilidad y por estar pendiente de todoA mejorar, le falta iluminación, sobre todo en el baño

Great place to visit the island

Would definitely stay here again. Very nice place with a deck viewing the ocean. Owner was easy to reach and very friendly in showing us around the place. Was a good spot from which to drive out to many beautiful vistas around the island and the thermal pools (Caldeira Velha) though driving is a bit challenging on the narrow winding roads climbing mountains.

Super schön

Tolles Haus direkt eine Straßenüberquerung vom Strand entfernt. Super ausgestattet und fast alles vorhanden. Sao Miguel ist wunderschön, ein Mietwagen ist aber empfehlenswert, um die verschiedenen Orte zu besuchen. War ein toller Urlaub, danke :-)

Lovely beachside home

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights - the home has a lovely view of the beach from the private balcony. Our beds were comfortable and the whole home is bright and cheery, and well located. I would stay again, and would recommend to others.

Great location, excellent sea view

Was perfect. We loved the place. We were with 2 kids and it was great because the house was very well equipped. Excellent terrace with sea view and the location is really nice (you cross the street and you’re at the beach, several restaurants walking distance, cool neighbourhood)

Fine for the price

The island is amazing! This rental is fine. The host was great and the location is good for exploring the island. Parking on the street next to this rental was never an issue for us. Nice to have a patio looking at the beach but it could use some upgrades like nicer furniture and a shade/rain cover. Kitchen was good but had some oddities like the only two frying pans did not work on the induction burners. The main negatives for us were the unbearable humidity in the bedrooms and the bathroom. I really have nothing good to say about the bathroom. The shower pan fills up with water quickly so you stand in dirty water, the toilet is 1 inch from the wall and very awkward to use, the lighting is awful and I had to duck to get in and out to avoid hitting my head. Again, the place is fine but I'd gladly pay double for some needed upgrades.

Agréable séjour en bord de plage

Logement idéalement situé avec vue mer. En 2 minutes à pieds on est à la plage. En 5 minutes en voiture on se rend au centre de Ponta Delgada. La terrasse sur-élevée offre une vue agréable sur la mer. Avec ses hortensias, le joli patio en rez-de-chaussée permet de se poser à l'ombre. Ce logement vaste et lumineux à l'étage est très bien équipé, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, congélateur, parasols de plage, serviettes de toilettes à volonté et draps de plage. Seuls petits points qui nous ont dérangés, la fenêtre de la chambre très mal isolée donne sur une rue très passante et la circulation nous réveillait tôt le matin et enfin la salle de bain qui manque de lumière, de rangement et d'un petit coup de fraîchissement pour paraître plus propre et plus pratique. Cela dit, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au bord de la plage de Milicias.

Location très agréable, propre et bien équipée. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ très faciles, très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Le plus : le ménage compris en milieu de sejour pour les locations de plus d'une semaine. Le moins : chambre parentale donnant sur la rue et donc un peu bruyante. Emplacement idéal près de la plage et centré sur l'île facilitant l'accès à toutes les visites

Great location and comfortable rental!

We loved the location and felt very comfortable during our stay! The listing as accurate and had all the amenities needed. Our only complaint would be the musty smell, which granted, this is beach rental - so some mustiness is to be expected.

Just wow!!!

I stayed at this property for 4 days with both my kids aged 7 & 9. All i can say is wow! This house is fantastic! 2 large bedrooms, great kitchen, and fantastic location! Would definitely stay here again and would most certainly recommend to others!

Perfect location.

This house was perfect for what we needed. A place to stay while we toured around the island by car each day We stayed for 6 days. The view from the patio is gorgeous. The house is equipped very well with everything you need. There is a double bed in one bedroom and then a narrow single in the other. The living room also has a couch you can make up into a single or small double bed.

Excelente localização ao pé da praia

A casa possui o essencial para a passagem de alguns dias mesmo ao lado de uma praia em S. Miguel. Dá para usufruir de um mergulho matinal... regressar a casa, passear por S. Miguel e voltar à praia ao fim do dia. Tem acesso à via rápida na rua traseira da casa. A marginal à frente possui controlo de velocidade por radar pelo que o trânsito nem se faz notar.
