Urban Respite

First Mate Loft was a perfect home base for our first visit to the Azores. It is centrally located on the island of Sao Miguel and in the city of Ponta Delgado. We rented a car so we could get out and explore the island. We found an underground parking lot a few minutes walk from the apartment (and used euros to pay for the parking tickets).The city is very accessible by foot, and shops, markets, and restaurants were plentiful in the neighborhood.The island is magical in so many ways. Would love to return and would readily stay at this apartment again. We recommend the host Welcome Buddy and suggest using WhatsApp for communicating with them. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us. So grateful!
