“Before we even stepped foot in Rome, the staff at this hotel were on top of it! Amazing communication and EVERYONE was so very helpful. Leo, the young girl who was a server at breakfast, the gentleman and woman who went above and beyond to help us get to the port for our cruise on time. They blew us out of the water and apologies for not catching everyone’s names. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we wish we could stay with you again after our cruise, but you were booked! Your two……

“While the property was everything as expected, and then some, the staff was amazing and did everything in their power to make us feel not only like welcome guests, but like family. The property is centrally located to a tourist's Rome, right at Piazza Navona, with great restaurants within several blocks. When my travels take me back to Rome, I plan to stay at this property again.”

“The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.”

“A very nice and beautiful hotel which is near vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Clean bed sheet. Nice staffs. Definitely great value. But far away from metro. You will need to take bus alot which is not a bad thing. But it would be difficult if you travel through metro to the hostel with all your luggage. ”
