Leo, the young girl who was a server at breakfast, the gentleman and woman who went above and beyond to help us get to the port for our cruise on time. 「A very nice and beautiful hotel which is near vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Clean bed sheet. Nice staffs. Definitely great value. But far away from metro. You will need to take bus alot which is not a bad thing. But it would be difficult if you travel through metro to the hostel with all your luggage. 」

「酒店位置很好，就近梵蒂冈，旅游出行很方便，楼下就有很多餐厅和小吃店，开到很晚。酒店是公寓式酒店，需要和别人分享公共空间，不过房间有独立洗手间，房子有400年历史，要上楼梯，洗澡的水龙头水比较小，其他都很棒，东西也很新也干净。愉快的体验。」

「Good centrally located place to stay in Rome. The staff was helpful any time we needed them. 」

「The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.」

「It's important for travelers to know that this is not a typical hotel with a front desk, etc. It is 4 rooms off of a hallway on the second floor of a residential building. You must contact the owner (by phone) to arrange for a check in. We did not know this and it caused a lot of confusion/stress (we did not have a working cell phone while in Italy and could not find another means to contact them) but otherwise we had a good stay.
