Excellent Stay

The comfort of the place--furnishings, kitchen supplies and tools for cooking, easy access to beach, proximity to St. Augustine and a nature preserve--all made for a beautiful experience. We would return.

Great house with beautiful view

The house had a great set-up for the four couples in our group - the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy and the great room, dining room and kitchen were very roomy. The location of the house could not be beat as it was directly on a nice, sandy beach. We also loved the fire pit near the beach!

What a view!

Great house with an awesome view. The proximity to the beach was great. Pictures are accurate as of August 2022. House and property management are great. The house has plenty of beach supplies so you can pack light.

Beautiful Private Beach

The house was steps from the beach which was exactly what we were looking for, the fire pit on the back patio lead to beautiful views of the ocean and moon coming up. Many days we saw dolphins passing by. David and Jason were very attentive to the few queations i had upon arrival. We had an amazing week on our own private beach!

Just as advertised!

Beautiful well appointed home with everything you need for a relaxing stay on the beach. Pictures are 100% accurate. Quiet beach made us feel like it was all for us! Amazing sunrises and star gazing had us wanting to stay longer! Communication could not have been better. Immediate responses received throughout the process.

New Year's Stay

This spacious nicely furnished house was well stocked from kitchen tools to beach gear. The views of the beach were pleasant from multiple rooms on all 3 levels. We had plenty of space for our large family to relax, enjoyed the fire pit, and only wish the temperature was warmer outside so we did not have to wrap up in towels while enjoying our beach time. The waves were beautiful and we got a show from some dolphins. We enjoyed a lovely getaway, the beach was perfect for some long walks either way, and had a beautiful sunset dinner at Aunt Kates. Great beach house!

Ants, cockroaches, water smelled like sewage. Very close to the beach though. Only 3 nights so we sucked it up. Would not stay there again. Overpriced for what we got

Beach Life

We had a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed wailing on the beach and looking for sea shells. The house is very well stocked and the garage space made storing chairs and coolers a breeze. The patio area is fantastic and we enjoyed evening fires in the fire pit. A great house and convenient location.
