The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There is one bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with LG 22 inch flatscreen television and LG Blueray DVD player. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).

Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice.
