“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. “We had a great stay. The house is in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood in NW Washington. It's a very nice house, clean, with a beautiful private bathroom, and with easy parking right in front. The room is inside the owner's house, but it's off to the side and it felt like we were alone most of the time.
