“Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable. It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure. Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out……

“Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentilissimo ad accoglierci, il check-in è durato pochi minuti e siamo stati subito accompagnati in camera, pulita, spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata e con un bel terrazzino. Avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo la chiusura del ristorante e la cucina ha preparato per noi una cena fredda ottima e varia che ci aspettava in camera. Durante tutto il soggiorno tutto il personale è stato sempre cortese e sorridente, abbiamo conosciuto……

“Siamo stati solo una notte e abbiamo utilizzato poco i servizi. La camera però era piccola e il bagno molto molto stretto. Lo scarico della doccia era otturato. Cosa peggiore: la colazione a buffet. E' tutto troppo esposto, ci sono quasi solo prodotti industriali e da bere c'è solo caffè con latte in polvere dalle macchinette oppure una specie di succo, sempre dalle macchinette. Belle e curate invece le aree verdi.”

“The location is beautiful right on top of the cliff over watching the ocean in the islands. A nice path going down to the beach. Also, there is a pool that can be used. This place is more rooms to rent than the hotel. There is no room service and the rooms are not equipped Well to eat in or just relax inside.”

“la struttura è piuttosto vecchia, soprattutto le camere, ma nel complesso si sta bene. Colazione buona e abbondante, personale gentile, piscina grande. Grande benefit il parcheggio riservato, soprattutto quello sul mare. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dal mare e 10 minuti da Suvereto.”

“MARIVA DUNE SAN VINCENZO 1) Excellent : Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, délicieux et personnel très aimable et compétent au petit-déjeuner. Très bonne expérience. 2) Bien : emplacement de l’hébergement à deux pas de la mer et espace des pièces adapté aux familles. Proche de San Vincenzo et autres villes/villages de la région. 3) Médiocre : établissement très vieux, traces de corrosions dans les salles de bain, d’usure sur les meubles, odeurs désagréables d’égouts dans les salles de bain tous les……

“Struttura centrale, comoda per il centro così come per le spiagge di S. Vincenzo. Camera ampia con una bella vista sul porto. Migliorabile l'arredamento del bagno. Comodo il parcheggio sotteraneo.”

“Wonderful stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was peaceful, very clean, and well maintained. The vegan food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. Anna the host was warm and welcoming, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended! The location worked really well as a base for the Tuscany trail.”
