  • The flat is located in the Porec Jug district, just 700 metres from Brulo beach, sports facilities and restaurants. The old town centre of Porec can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The house has 2 holiday flats for 4 people each, the landlord lives in the house. The car park is right in front of the house and there is a children's playground nearby. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of the house, has an area of 50m2 and has a kitchenette with dining table and living room with access to the covered balcony with seating, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN internet connection are available and included in the price.
