  • Located in Cima, this 180 m² villa welcomes up to 10 guests with stunning lake and mountain views. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating throughout the house, and a dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the high chair and crib provided.



    Outdoors, relax in your private 600 m² garden, on covered and open terraces, and in the private outdoor pool with beautiful lake views. Enjoy cooking with 2 private barbecues and taste local vegetables, fruit, and herbs.



    Parking includes 4 private spaces with access through an electric gate. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are permitted with moderation and respect. There is also storage for bikes and skis, airport shuttle service available for an extra fee, and self check-in.



    The villa is close to the beach and Porlezza lakeside, just a 10-minute walk away. Lugano city center is 15 minutes by car, while Menaggio and Bellagio on Lake Como are 30 minutes away. Milan is about 1 hour. The owner lives on the lower floor and will be happy to offer you fresh vegetables from his garden depending on the season.

The property was beautiful and clean. Communications with the host were easy even though we didn’t speak Italian. Host was very responsive to our questions and responded immediately. A/C functioned well in the bedrooms. There were many beautiful areas to relax outdoors. The town of Cima was lovely and we had really good meals at the local restaurants. The nearby town of Porlezza was also very quaint, with a fantastic street market on Saturdays. We drove to Lugano in Switzerland one of the days. It was beautiful, but we were so happy to return to the villa and Cima! I would come back and stay here again!
