「My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. Comida y para disfrutar en su conjunto. Hemos ido dos familias, 10 en total, varios jóvenes de 18 a 27 años, algunos adultos y todos hemos podido disfrutar. 「We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing was missed for a top rest. Design and equipment of the finca are fantastic, the communication with Suzana was excellent and very helpful. For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)」

Mehrere gemütliche Sitzgruppen sind vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. 「Wir sind mit der Finca sehr zufrieden gewesen. Wirwaren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. Das Haus sieht toll aus und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Poll ist wirklich super und nie kalt ( ich hab deswegen kein Meer vermisst), der Pool2 mal die Woche sauber gemacht, genau wie die Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich und die Vermieterin ist wirklich toll. Ich würde am liebsten dort wohnen bleiben:-)」

「We had an excellent two-week stay in this magnificent Finca. Everything was really very clean. We slept very well and the exteriors are really nice, with a large swimming pool. We have been in contact with Rentallorca: Esteve and his colleague are great and really very professional. 「The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.」
