We really enjoyed our stay here. I was super nervous because we live in the country without neighbors and my children are very loud, but they did really well here. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and they loved the downstairs area where they set up their cornhole boards to have tournaments after a day at the beach. This house had everything we needed for 20 people, both adults and children. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. Plenty of sleep space for everyone. Spacious kitchen and living room for large groups and families. Any situation or needs were met by the host in a timely manner. We absolutely loved our stay recommend this place 10/10.

Sewer leaks and Sirens all night

This property was everything it advertised on the surface, however there's some work to be done. As soon as we arrived we were hit with a strong sewage odor. After getting our family settled in we began hearing a non stop siren. We notified the owner who advised us that they were experiencing some issues with their sewer system, and that's the reason the alarm kept going off. Also, the property owner should advise that the location is in a retirement community on the island (about 6 homes in a Cul De Sac), and not recommended for anyone with younger children and teens. For this to be a fairly new property, the build was not constructed properly.
