"Fabulous hotel! Such a great service from Front Desk, helped with tickets and business center! Loved the rooftop!! The views were amazing with heated areas to stay warm! Great breakfast !! Service with a smile! Great eggs Benedict ! "

"Very disappointing experience. Not recommended for families. We arrived late after a 10-hour journey with our 1-year-old baby, hoping for a smooth check-in and rest. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. The AC in our room was broken, and despite sending maintenance three separate times, the issue was not resolved. We were then moved to another room, which had an extremely strong smell of tobacco—completely unacceptable, especially traveling with a baby. After more than 3 hours of back-and-forth, we were finally relocated again, this time to a room on the first floor. The process was exhausting and poorly handled, especially given our situation. To make matters worse, when we asked about dinner, we were directed to the rooftop restaurant—only to be told that children under 12 are not allowed. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, the service was disorganized and lacked empathy. We do not recommend this hotel for families or for anyone expecting a clean, relaxing stay with good service"

"Nice location. Safe. Clean. Very big rooms. Great Views. Felt like a North American Hotel. Downside was no year-round pool and the noise. Seems they built the hotel with no wall insulation. I could hear all noise for rooms next door and above/below. Two nights of six nights I was awaken at night due to loud talking. During day can hear lots. Be sure to have a Bluetooth speaker or be able to sleep with TV on. "

"location is very close to everything . (barcelona doesn't feel safe to walk alone at night but next to hotel there is always police presence so quite good ) was missing some minor emneties (hand cream and tisu paper) but there is a supermarket 30 m away . need to "forget" key to leav ventilation on as room will become very stuffie if you don't. we enjoyed the stay and will be very happy to return . must go to the roof to see the view , was working from there and it was perfect. "

"This hotel is beautiful in a perfect location just minutes from the Metro, Plaça de Catalunya, restaurants and grocery stores. The staff were extremely accommodating when we had to delay our arrival due to our flight being rebooked. The rooms are large by European standards. There are two things to be aware of: (1) The bathroom door is frosted glass so there is a lesser level of privacy and the light shines through the entire room at night; and (2) The city is very lively at night so if you have a room facing the street, it will be noisy. Even with these caveats, I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Recently renovated Ample size room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only criticism was that the tea and coffee provided in the room was not refilled every day. We had to continually ask for supplies at reception. Apparently it was the hotel policy to only supply on arrival. Not reallgood enough for a 4* hotel"
