Located just 10 minutes from South Venice and its pristine beaches, you'll also find yourself minutes away from other local gems and Heron Creek. Golf enthusiasts and pickleball players will love the close proximity to courses and courts, while boating lovers can reach the scenic Myakka River in 15 minutes or take a leisurely 1-hour and 15-minute boat ride to beautiful Boca Grande.

Guests also have access to the dock and nearby Freedom Boat Club at El Jobean (use of dock and pizza oven at own risk). GREAT HOUSE!!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Our homes had flooded from Hurricane Milton and we needed a tranquil place to regain our bearings. The house was perfect for our broken spirits! The house is relatively new and has a very homey feel. The spa, pool and media room are all outstanding, and the house is very stocked with whatever you need. The outdoor space can't be beat and it's easy to see that the owners have loved this house! Brenda at the management company was fabulous (and we were unintentionally a little bit a pain I'm sure). Very responsive to us, and we could not have asked for more. Lots to love about this place!
