The Perfect Stay!

It was so wonderful to check in after driving in from Texas to the home. It was clean, cozy, safe, and quiet. It’s about 12-15 minutes from the nearest beach, and ultimately a great place to relax. A nice unexpected perk was the kitchen cooking appliances and dishes. I love being able to use stainless steel or glass options. We hope to make it to Florida again this summer and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The Perfect Stay!

Amazing value

I will stay here next time I come to Port Charlotte! This home was beautifully kept and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I loved the ample space and the wonderful views nearby. The master suite is large with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It is minutes from the beach and a Publix grocery store. I stayed here on my trip to Boca Grande and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Nice Stay!

This lovely home served as our landing pad for a few nights while visiting family nearby. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. This one will be our first choice if we are back in the area.

Convenient to area

We were in the area to check on new home construction and the location was convenient for our needs. We had 2 small issues which the property manager addressed immediately. We would stay again.

Great stay - clean property, nice and quiet

Very nice stay at this property, the owner was responsive and I had zero issues. The property is actually very close "15 minutes" away from Boca Grande which is just an awesome place to visit and the beaches are pristine. I will stay again!

Super Clean and Quiet

We stayed at this rental for one week in February 2021. The property was SO clean, that we questioned if we were the first ones to stay in it! The rooms were decorated well making the place very comfortable to stay in. Internet speed was pretty slow, but manageable. The one stall garage is small with a washer/dryer in it. I think a small car would fit, but our 17' boat did not even with a swing-out trailer hitch. Fortunately, the property owner allowed us to park our boat on the grass next to the driveway. The boat launch across from the property was ideal with very few people using it. This is a big plus! We would stay here again.

Nice & new, cute & comfortable

This home was perfect for our family of 4 while visiting the area. You could tell it was new... the decor was cute & refreshing (made us smile), the facilities clean, the beds comfortable. Everything was included - large bottles of alkaline water, dish and laundry detergent, body wash and linens. The new 'he' washer & dryer in the attached garage were convenient, although we didn't use the phone app to open/close the garage door, so parked outside most of the time. The area was quiet, with a new park and small pier into the water right across the street. Gina was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book it again!

Long weekend stay

Perfect Getaway!

We loved staying at this property! Had all the essential needs to feel like a hotel stay with the comforts of home! Surprise features were beach chairs and being across the street from the park. Super convenient to Englewood Beach and Gaspirillo State park.
