“The room was dirty. Trash, food, and unknowns under furniture. Night stands were dirty also. The sheets and mattress covers were stained. The tub had long black hairs in it as well. Making us question if it was even cleaned at all. The property had a very musty smell to it the second you walked in. The pool area had an even worse smell. The pool area was poorly maintained. My kids wanted to swim so they grabbed the pool skimmer and tried cleaning the water out themselves. There were dead bugs (……

“Love the boutique feel and friendly staff.”

“Metal strip going into the bathroom was not nailed down and very hazardous. The shelf in the bathroom fell down upon touching it. and the blow dryer was burnt out. The location is nice and front desk friendly. If you're ok with really budget accommodations, then it's fine.”

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……
