The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - definitely make the hotel stay worth it. The pool is small but very clean. Rooms are average, breakfast is what you'd expect. But again, the staff is just excellent.

Best Western was amazing! Super clean. We stayed.in Room 210 and had a great.view of Lake Erie! The room was spotless with 2 chairs with ottomans,a dinette with chairs. Highly recommend!

Employees were friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was as expected. Rooms were clean and the pool was enjoyable the time we spent in it. Hotel is recommended. Far better than the Holiday inn down the road.

Really clean. Staff very friendly. Able to bring our senior dog, and stay on ground floor as I'm disabled. Only complaint I have are the pillows- gave me a stiff neck along with a hard mattress. Slept well most of the time , although my sister couldn't get comfortable and sleep more than a couple hours a night. Will stay again though when we go birding nearby.

Staff was as nice as they needed to be. Our room was close to the entrance so we didn't much of the hotel. Hotel smelled a little musty. I appreciated being able to use streaming apps. The mattress ruined the experience for us however. You sat down and instantly heard and felt springs and the same said for when you laid down. The mattress had major wear impressions and what sleep I did get was spent on the hump in the middle of the bed. We only stayed for one of the 2 nights we booked as I couldn't sleep like that again.

I enjoyed staying here. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool was nice to have on hot days. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was too low.

The staff was great with all the issues we had with the door locks. The beds were terrible, random stains on the walls, cob webs everywhere, and property didn’t look to appealing either.

From the beginning all of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. They provided us with plenty of towels which is a plus for me because a lot of places I feel like you never have enough. It’s right across the road from the lake. There’s a park within walking distance from the hotel that was so nice.
