“The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use.

“I believe Marriott needs to invest in the property. Friendly staff, helpful and overall pretty good. Just some minor things separating the hotel from being 4-5Star.”

“I am not sure what happened with the Bathroom but when we left & came back to the room from a day at Busch Gardens, the bathroom floor was flooded 😳...not sure where the water came from but we got it up best we could..other than that, the room was clean..we stayed 6 nights with 3 kids..room was reasonable for that amount of time..I would stay here again!! Staff was cool..our 1st time visiting Virginia & it was pleasant”
