Yhey scheduled painting when we were there and painters were literally on our balcony and hanging right in front of our unit looking in and taping windows closed so we couldn’t even open them. Incredibly unprofessional and not caring. They did apologize while we were there, but they even didn’t reply to the complaint after we left. Unbelievable! This is grounds for reimbursement for at least the day they were painting. But nope, just ignored us.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find cute little shops, restaurants, and the delicious Sluy’s Bakery. Just be prepared for the uphill walk back—it definitely gives you a little workout! Carol recently replaced two smaller windows with a large picture window, and the view is fabulous! 「This is a great location and area. Cute place, but we had a few issues. The listing did not list a refrigerator, but the picture showed one. I inquired for confirmation and never heard back except for very general answers and not to my question. The lock is super confusing. You are given 2 different codes (you only need 1) and it took multiple times to get the door open on several occasions. THe QR code above the door to show you how to use the lock doesn’t go anywhere.
