“The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time……

“Everything was very good and enjoyable, just a small problem with the pictures on the wall. They are slightly creepy with a person staring at you, of an “octopus vulgaris”, and of a woman in a red dress floating in water, but looks headless because her head is above the water and not drawn in the artwork…
But overall great experience.”

“Stunning building, lovely big room with fantastic facilities- great coffee, tea & cold drinks, quality bathroom products. Comfortable beds, soft towels, heavy curtains that block the light & really quiet room. Couldn’t hear a single person or a door slam. Breakfast was amazing & staff were really polite & attentive.”

“Because we arrived this hotel late, thanks to the reception of a grandpa to wait for us and reply us soon. The cleanness and environment are good. However, no parking lots is the weakness and be careful of trains on the street. In summary, the location is very good, we have a nice night here.”

“除了水壓不穩，洗頭不太方便，其他都很不錯。我們很喜歡裡面小廚房，冰箱烤箱都很大，應有盡有。都清潔的很乾淨。也很喜歡房間內臥榻的部分，連接著滿版的玻璃牆。如果需要客房清潔，最好去跟櫃檯預約，不然不一定當天會去清潔。”
