“不错”

“ ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……

“房间整洁，员工礼貌，很好。”

“excellent!”

“This property is 10 of 10 . We love our stay. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent. The hotel is located near to stores and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend will stay again.”

“This property was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise, it was clean, comfortable. We did a self check in. The owner’s instructions were clear for the self check in. The breakfast was very good, great variety of fresh fruits, eggs, coffee, juice, jam, toasts all home made! The location was great! 10 min walk to miami beach, restaurants, shopping and farmacies. Overall 10 stars!! Thank you!!”

“Price with fees get a bit over the average, and the garage is extremely expensive and annoying.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……

“Muy buena atención. Excelente punto por su acceso a las principales zonas turísticas del sur de Miami. Muy cómodo el apartamento y totalmente limpio”

“冷气的杂音大到无法入睡”

“Very nice ”

“I received clear instructions on how to check in and connect to the Wi-Fi in advance, so I had no concerns. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I also felt reassured knowing that the host was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!”
