「rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable. Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless...

「Horrible! Old, disgusting smell of mold/mildew coming out of AC we couldn’t even stay there we had to cancel thru Expedia and find another hotel. It’s dated and old the rooms probably haven’t been updated n ten years. Hotel since we booked thru Expedia didn’t even try to give us another room, not that we would have stayed but at least try. Luckily Expedia was able to get us a cancellation refund. Only thing that looked decent was pool 」

「Our stay was excellent. The room had all that we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Carmen, did a wonderful job. She got us a few extras that we requested. The breakfast was very good, with interesting Mexican themed choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly as well. We requested late check-out, and it was absolutely fine with the front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites! 」

「Bad area. Hard to get around. No dresser, no closet, room didn’t feel secure. One restaurant, no others close by. Not a recommended area for seniors or young families 」

「Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. 」
