Ok.... so, this house was clean overall. However, it is a death trap, the two flights of stairs from the parking area and from the house to the water are severely dilapidated and rotten, some were loose and would flip up if you were not careful. The sewer line from the house was broken and dropping into the weeds at the parking area, which accommodated the WORST mosquito infestation I have ever seen. We literally had to throw our stuff in the truck when checking out and leave and find a parking lot to organize everything because they were so bad. You would be completely covered in a matter of seconds. Not to mention the smell of the sewer dumping onto the ground and the sound of the “plop” every time the toilet was flushed. You could see daylight all around the closed exterior door in the bedroom, so we had some interesting critters come into the room every night. The day bed in the living room was barely holding together under my young sons weight of about 145 lbs, so if an actual adult would have tried to sleep on it, it would not have held up. Most of the pickets for the bannisters were loose or missing so not a good place for small children. Whenever you flushed the toilet in the master bath, water would dump from behind the toilet onto the floor, which leads to the next problem, the bathroom floor around the toilet, pretty sure the only thing holding you up would be the old linoleum because the floor felt like you were walking on a sponge. I will probably contact the county and let them know about the serious health and safety concerns.
