Fun vacation

This property was just what our group needed. The layout of the condo was perfect. The deck is spacious and you can see the ocean as you relax. Very comfy. I am keeping the info for our next trip to Mexico Beach.

Family trip 2024

We enjoyed the beach during the day and the pool in the evening! The condo was great except the floors were dirty and we had a little problem with ants. Other than that it was great! Well furnished and kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners nightly.

Bring towels and any extra blankets or pillows - none available here

This was a family vacation of six adults and two children, ages 5 & 7. We chose this condo due to the number of beds and bunks. The beds were very uncomfortable and had very low cost linens. In fact, you could see right through them. The towels were very small and we only had 6 of them with a party of 8. They barely dried you off. There was a problem with the master shower door not closing flush and no mat to step out on. We had to keep moving one from bath to shower. The hot water worked great. Bring hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms. Also, must wear shoes out on balcony due to animal feces. We had to clear the drain when we got there as there was a few inches of standing water on balcony. Finally, found two large flying roaches - one in guest bedroom and one in hallway. I am changes will be made as the condo is in a great location and the AC works great! All in all, we did have a good time, just a bit let down at the quality of this condo.
