A Shore Delight is located in St. Joe Beach/Mexico Beach Area. We offer a family-friendly, cozy beach home experience complete with a private pool (open year-round-Can be heated Oct to Mar for an additional fee) and stunning views, allowing guests to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from both decks. While not directly on the beach, it is merely a short walk away—only 300 steps!

Boasting expansive decks that span the width of the house on both upper levels, this home offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from both balconies. It's the perfect retreat following a day at the beach. With a thoughtful layout, it comfortably houses multiple families. The top deck features a gas grill for an afternoon BBQ, and the spacious, well-kept lawn is ideal for a game of flag football. The possibilities for fun here are limitless!

The backyard is fully enclosed with a 6-foot white vinyl fence to ensure your privacy. Additionally, the pool can be heated during the winter months, from November to March, for an additional fee.

In the secluded, fenced backyard, you'll find lounge chairs, a table with chairs, a fire pit, and a gazebo—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Boating enthusiasts, rejoice! We have ample space for you to park your boat.

We offer the fastest internet in the area for the entire family.

-MASTER BEDROOM 3 – with king bed, smart TV, dresser, and chest and gorgeous gulf views and entrance onto large gulf view deck

3RD LEVEL (Upper Level)

– OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA includes a cozy living room with a large-screen smart TV and DVD player; a dining space with stunning views of the gulf/beach, a kitchen, and a half bath. A gas BBQ grill is also available on this level on the outer deck.

Our home is equipped with bed and bath linens, along with a full set of cookware, dinnerware, and glassware in the kitchen. Additionally, we supply beach towels (suitable for pool or beach use), beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small cooler, and a wagon for easy transportation of your items to the beach. An initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags is also provided. You may need to bring extra supplies depending on the duration of your stay.

*NOTE:
The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

*NOTE:
The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

*NOTE:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room , allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

*NOTE:
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
