Perfect family vacation spot

We really enjoyed staying in this property. It fit our family of 7 well and was very close to a great beach. The kids loved that there was a pool close by as well. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but we will definitely visit again.As far as the cleanliness of the home most everything was top notch other than the top level master bath. The tub was not very clean, especially the jets and there were several dead bugs on the floor. The doors to the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom are also broken and make a terrible noise when you have to roughly push or pull them open which made it difficult to put our baby down for nap/bedtime.

Spring Break

We had a great time. Loved having the pool and access to the beach. House was perfect for our family. Everyone had a great time!

Beautiful views and easy walk to beach

What a wonderful property. Clean, airy, great deck space and gorgeous views of the water. Easy walk to the beach straight from the lower deck to a wooden path and then you’re in the sand - great for families with little kids to go back and forth through the day! Nice quiet small neighborhood, ample space on the beach without stepping on toes. House was great for our family, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Bunk beds are very sturdy for the kids. Thanks for a family getaway of memories!

Minor Fixes Made Me Take Away One Star

We loved the location of the house. It was close to the pool and the beach. The house was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The pictures were accurate and the beds were comfortable. I took off one star because of minor issues that could easily be fixed. There are a few blinds missing in the downstairs bedroom and because of that, you have no privacy unless you go in the bathroom and shut the door. The pool and the boardwalk to the beach have a clear view of the bedroom and we didn’t like that, especially at night. The trifold doors at the washer and dryer were also broken when we arrived. One fell and would’ve hit my wife had she been two steps back. There is no water pressure at the kitchen sink which made it hard to wash dishes. The last thing was the wood on the decks. It was not treated or sealed so it is peeling causing splinters. My grandson got 3 splinters at once in his hand just holding the rails going down the steps. I’m only writing this in hopes that the owners will see and fix the issues because like I said, the house is otherwise perfect.
