COZY CORNER ,Awesome Cottage , extending boat parking. convenient city water to rinse your boat, extra parking for trucks / cars, private fenced back yard for your pets. Carport and laundry room. Walking distance to Downtown , two blocks from The Marina/Boat Launch and Pickle Ball Courts. All local shoppings and restaurants are in walking/biking distance. Bikes are provided for your use during your stay. The port Saint Joe walking/biking trail is one block away. Beaches are only minutes away in either direction. You can drive to Winmark beach in 7 minutes or Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach in 15 minutes. Open floor plan, Spacious living room, Full Kitchen, Dedicated office Space, High Speed Internet. Two bathroom, one bathroom located in between two bedroom, other bathroom located off laundry room. Large Covered patio with enclosed private back yard for your pets. The kitchen is fully stocked including but not limited pots/pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, silverware, glassware, crock pot, etc. We also strive to start all our guest off with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags. There are many local attractions for you to enjoy while staying in Port Saint Joe. Horseback riding on the beaches at Cape San blas, Scalloping in the bay or parasailing in Mexico beach.. All linen provided. Children Welcome.

This house was definitely a cozy corner cottage with old style and charm. My two fur babies joined me. They loved it! Safe outdoor area with covered patio was a big hit. Communication with owner was smooth, quick, and delightful. I would stay again.

Our 1st trip to port st Joe. Location was perfect. Restaurants, boat ramp, marina, shopping all within 3 miles. Host was responsive to any messages within min. Clean comfortable plenty of kitchen ware and bedding. Boat parking for our pontoon boat was a little tight but worked.

A good place

Major things like plumbing, electricity and usually internet work. There were several nice touches including the wall-mounted dispenser in the shower and small shelf with mirror and lighting in the hallway outside the main bathroom. House was clean except the kitchen. I thought it was missed (not a big deal) since the rest of the house was clean; owner thought it might have been the dishwasher repair person that was there before we arrived. Beds were clean and comfortable.- These are more observations than complaints. The entry door handle is loose. The kitchen trash can is the foot pedal type, but the pedal is gone/broken. Kept bumping into the metal bed frame in our room because it’s a narrow space between the footboard and the wall/closet. Can’t imagine sitting on the bench in the dining area because of the electric fireplace there. Message as it is posted on the doors between leaving the main house and going to the secondary bathroom: “PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS DOOR OPEN WHEN THE AC/HEAT IS ON. THANK YOU.” The result is that we had to step into a hot (in summer) area to access the second bathroom because it is outside the entry to the main house. Would have liked the bedroom closets to be at least half empty.For a home that allows pets, I’d say that it is very clean. Owner is nice and responsive. Location was great, easy distance to walk, pedal or drive to local things. Could use some TLC, but I’d say it’s a good place to stay.
We enjoyed several puzzles that were available. This one was missing four pieces (we knew in advance since someone wrote that inside the box) and one piece looked gnawed on.

Spacious and "Cozy"

Cozy Corner is well-stocked, spacious, and has all the amenities we needed for our 10-day stay! There was even an air fryer, washer, and dryer for our use. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy Corner cottage is the best!

Highly recommend!

My son and I stayed at this house for a weekend scallop and fishing trip. The house was very clean and accommodating for people who bring a boat with them. It is also very conveniently located to all the restaurants and local boat ramp.

It Really is Cozy

Well maintained and furnished. Older home but in very good condition. Bedrooms are on the small size but very comfortable. Location makes everything in PSJ easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.
