In addition to having the beach next to your backyard, there is a private cocktail pool and covered furnished patio space along with outdoor games that includes a putting green. Two outdoor decks for you to enjoy your beautiful gulf views and amazing sunsets. You will enter on the ground level under the home along with the pool, patio and games. Go up to the first level of the duplex with designer furnishings with an open floor plan that make it spacious and inviting for groups large to small. Living and dining areas that lead to a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, top-of-the line appliances along with a bar for additional seating. A powder room as well as a laundry room are on this floor for convenience. Also on the first level is a suite with a king bed and its own private bath. On to the second floor that includes three king ensuite bedrooms along with a laundry room. One of the ensuite bedrooms includes an outdoor deck with the beautiful gulf views for your enjoyment. Next is the third floor of living space that includes a bunk room with three sets of twin beds and another queen ensuite bedroom. This amazing floor is geared toward the kids with a gaming room for additional gathering space. There are TVs in every bedroom and living space along with an outdoor TV by the pool to watch those all important games, movies and shows.

The most versatile option on this luxury duplex home is that it has an outdoor common door where both sides of the duplex can be joined for your convenience to link both sides. This door is on the first level front deck and is locked on both sides for your security and privacy. This makes it an ideal space for family reunions, corporate retreats, and many others. Connected there is a total of 12 on-suite bedrooms, plus 2 half baths and two bunk rooms that have three twin bunk sets in each.

**Pool can be heated for an additional cost**

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
