This house had it all for us! Two dogs, two grandmothers age 75, and two teens in addition to my husband and I. We had plenty of space in this one level ranch. The backyard was fully fenced and provided the perfect place for our dogs to sun themselves on the stone patio and watch the sunset in the evening next to the gas fire pit. We used the golf cart a TON and it was just a short drive to beach access. We were also happy to have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and kitchen pantry items provided so we didn’t have to buy or bring our own. Windmark beach has a lot to offer and we made side trips to Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach all within easy drive. Other details we loved:- extra blankets and pillows- end unit for privacy- our host was very responsive and helpful- Piggly Wiggly 5 min drive- beach is quiet with beautiful white sand

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, very clean. The golf cart makes the place worth the money. The beach is a short 2 minute ride with stores right in the community. The area is very nice, but not many choices to eat or anything to do. The few restaurants that are close in Port St Joe were very good, but had very long waits every night, over 90 minutes for 4 people and all the stores close by 6. Finding activities for kids that are close is near impossible. But, that is nothing against the house which was just as described.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a gem this house is! Our family loved everything about our stay here. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in such a great area! If you want a beach vacation without the hustle and bustle this is the place to be. We especially loved the golf cart to get around in! The few minor issues we had we had great response from the rental company.

Best Rental Property

Fabulous rental property! Everything was exactly as described and even more! We really appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog and the golf cart for the very short trip to the beach and local merchants. Also, the communication with the rental company staff was the best we have ever experienced. They stayed in touch with us from the time we need inquired about the property and throughout our entire stay. We would highly recommend this rental.
