Love the beaches and area. Not a far drive to visit from Apalachicola and Panama City.Called the manager for 1 small issue and service was quick with the problem solved in minutes.

Awesome place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay, everything about the condo matched the description and pictures on VRBO. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this again when we come back to Mexico Beach.

We had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated, the pool was great and we were a short walk to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo and will be back! It was very very clean and updated! Plenty of room for kids and had everything we needed! Having the carport was very helpful for leaving our wet/sandy beach stuff and not having to bring inside.

Nice property and location

The property was as advertised. Had a great time considering that the weather did not cooperate the first few days. Directions for locking the door when leaving we're not really clear on check-in directions. Overall, we had fun and would recommend property.

Place was just as looked in photos. Steps from the beach. Was like being at home but at the beach.

Was a great experience and would love to stay again. Beautiful place steps from the beach. Very comfortable and well decorated. Bright and airy. Very quiet place. Just like pictures was. Had everything you need. Loved the extra touches they did to welcome you with a bottle of wine ect. Just wish check in was at 3:00 is only thing .

We enjoyed our stay location was great pool at the back door and a short walk to the Beach. Could have been cleaned better onion rings was still under kitchen table and trash under one of the beds. Alson chips and candy in the sleeper sofa. I texted and called the property and never heard back from anyone

Wonderful Stay

The place was very nice except for the Ants. There was a pillow on the couch with a whole open seam and the drapes were not hooked in about 3 places, a pillow sham in master bedroom was ripped. The refrigerator water filter needs to be changed. I accidentally broke one of the gray coffee cups.

Great location, clean house

We really enjoyed our time here. We had 3 adults and 4 children (3 of them being toddlers) staying here. The house is located close to the beach, just a couple minute walk. The only bummer we had was the beach cart broke the first time we used it, so it made it a little harder to carry our stuff to the beach with little ones. The pool is nice, but was too cold in March to really use. There is a cute souvenir shop just across the road. We got pizza from Crazy Beach Pizza and we all enjoyed that. Our last evening here we drove into Panama City and did the sunset dolphin cruise with Sea Screamers. I highly recommend that as well! Overall, it was a nice stay and I would love to come back!

Beautiful beach and townhouse complex!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will come back to Mexico Beach, and likely this complex, again. The property was great. But, we struggled with ants in the kitchen- on the walls, in the microwave, all over the counter tops- all three days. The property manager said it was from a lot of rain. Aside from providing an organic ant spray (Zeno?? I think) not much was done. We used an entire bottle killing ants during our stay. Luckily, we only snacked out of the kitchen- no big cooking adventures! Also there seems to be some subfloor issues in this unit. We tried to avoid that area as much as possible, but it was in the main walkway from living room to kitchen/bedroom access. I suspect there was a dishwasher leak at some point as the kitchen floor laminate seemed unsecured. That didn’t bother us so much, but the integrity of the subfloor was a bit scary! It would give >1” under the weight of us walking to and fro. Not much the manager could do about that, but thought it important to note for the owners. Could be a disaster if someone falls through!
